Designed for dancers ready to grow, Rising Stars focuses on technique, musicality, flexibility, teamwork, and performance skills. Students begin developing discipline, confidence, and the fundamentals needed to advance into our Performance Academy.

Students receive focused instruction in technique, conditioning, choreography, leadership, and stage presence while building strength, confidence, and versatility across multiple dance styles. Every class is led under the direction and mentorship of Jessica “Remo” Saul.
Our highest level of training prepares dancers for competitive performance, leadership opportunities, college dance programs, professional auditions, and careers in the performing arts. Elite dancers receive advanced technical instruction, conditioning, performance coaching, and mentorship in a supportive, high-expectation environment.

Celebrate Latin culture through movement while learning the foundations of Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Reggaeton, and other urban Latin styles. Students develop rhythm, coordination, cultural appreciation, and confidence through exciting choreography.
Develop flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and tumbling fundamentals in a safe, progressive environment. Students learn rolls, cartwheels, bridges, walkovers, limbers, and acrobatic skills that enhance every dance style.
Become more than a performer. Students learn photography, videography, social media content creation, branding, storytelling, editing, and event production while helping capture and promote The Lab experience. Perfect for future creators, marketers, and entrepreneurs.
